I Spy With My Little Eye!

This beautiful young doe as we were headed to town this morning.

 

She was just eating in the ditch along the county road.

Seemed late in the day for her to be doing so.

It was about 11 am.

They are usually lying down in some shady spot to wait out the heat of the day.

It was already 85 degrees fahrenheit at this time.

She stopped long enough to look up at us.
